Not much insightful information or better information compared to searching online. Very basic stuff like public transportation which can be found online easily. Just lists of places and brief introductions. I was hoping to have good description like why the place and why is it the locals' favorite and etc.
This book was poorly written and useless. I would have sent it back as soon as I got it but I was too busy.
This is not a good reference guide for traveling in Australia, and is a rip off in every way. I should have read the sample pages before purchasing, and I would have realized this is more like a high school essay about the country. Sample: the section on "Getting Around Australia" informs you that you can travel by train, bus, plane or other options. That is all you learn about getting around Australia from this book. Another page (there are only 98 and most of them are 1/4 blank space) is devoted to informing you to bring sun block. Because, the sun. Seriously, previous reviewers must be family members or friends of the author. Look almost anywhere else for a better guide book.
